Dartmoor Taxi has a capability to distribute email to its customers. Any customer who has enquired through the website of email will be considered as ‘opt
in’ email distribution only. It should not be used for the purposes of
‘SPAM’ and evidence of the system being used for SPAM will result in a possible suspension of the service.
We use a specialist email distribution system to send out emails to addresses obtained by customer contact/opting-in. The addresses will be contacted from time to time if we have offers of promotions. The frequency of these emails will be low and should not constitute SPAM
General Rules
Emails
should only be sent to recipients who have provided prior consent to
receiving such emails.
Recipients should always have the option to ‘Opt Out’ or Unsubscribe on every email sent.
When sending emails communications, your identity and contact details should be clear to the recipient.
All
emails sent must comply with The Privacy and Electronic Communications

The guidelines as mentioned above apply to the use of email delivery systems such as EduPost. Emails should not should not carry defamatory or malicious content.
